Established in London in 1920 by Frederick Blissett, Blissetts has been at the heart of the British bookbinding trade for more than a century. Today, the company is proudly led by fourth-generation owner Chris Blissett, with a dedicated team of 25 specialists delivering professional bookbinding, book restoration, printing and design services.
From our London bindery, our skilled bookbinders continue a tradition of exceptional craftsmanship passed down through four generations. From bespoke and traditional bookbinding to meticulous book restoration and repair, we combine time-honoured techniques with modern technology to meet the needs of contemporary clients.
Our commitment to quality has remained unchanged since 1920. Every bookbinding project is handled with care, precision and attention to detail, whether it involves fine binding, restoration, printed publications or digitally produced work.

OVER 100 YEARS OF service
Until 2000, our core service remained bookbinding; since then, the natural step into print and design services has followed. Blissetts still stands as the largest specialist bookbinder in the south of England and at the heart of London bookbinding, while the digital print side of our business has grown rapidly to become an equally important part of what we do.
